Welcome to N.E.V. Communications. The company was formed in January 1994. I am a sole trader who has had over 30 years riding experience. During that time i have also instructed for 4 years. I believe that having this experience it helps me understand your motorcycle needs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All prices quoted in this catalogue are inclusive of VAT and Postage and packing unless otherwise stated. Those that are not stated will be quoted depending on weight and size of package.

2. N.E.V. Communications reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

3. The buyer placing an order with N.E.V. communications must accept our terms and conditions in full.

4. Any discrepancies in the buyers order must be notified to N.E.V. communications within 48 hours of delivery

5. Any discrpancies in an invoice must be notified to N.E.V. communications in writing wihin 7 days from the date of invoice.

6. Credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice and are sudject to trading status. ailure to pay within these terms will resul in all credit facilities being withdrawn with immediate effect.

7. If payment of all due amounts on the account are not made in full by the date specified N.E.V. communications reserve the right to introduce a penalty interest charge of 1.25% per month.

8. All goods sold remain the property of N.E.V. communications until full payment is received.

9. A buyer must contact N.E.V. communications by telephone if they have any goods that need to be repaired or returned. Buyers returning goods without prior consent do so at their own risk. N.E.V. communications will not accept any responsibility for the loss.

Cheque, Cash or Debit Card - these payment options will not incur a charge

Credit Card payments will incur a 3% charge
